Shipping

Where we ship. We ship across Canada and to the United States. US shipping is priced under separate rates and terms from Canadian orders, calculated at checkout.

Processing time. Orders ship within 24 hours of being placed.

Shipping rates. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.

Free shipping (Canada only).

• Orders over $200 CAD within Ontario ship free.
• Orders over $300 CAD outside Ontario ship free.
• Free shipping does not apply to US orders.

Tracking. A tracking number is provided once your order ships.

Delivery estimates. Transit times depend on third-party carriers and are not guaranteed by Justeefy. We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.

Returns

We want you to be confident in your order. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return window. Return requests must be made within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Approved returns must be received by Justeefy within 7 calendar days of approval.

Condition. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undecorated, and in original packaging. Any garment that has been printed, embroidered, decorated, altered, or laundered cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Restocking fee. A $20 restocking fee applies to approved returns.

Return shipping. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Authorization. All returns must be approved in advance. Justeefy reserves the right to refuse any unauthorized return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at orders@justeefy.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion, at no cost to you. The restocking fee and return shipping charge do not apply to our errors or genuine defects.
