These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of justeefy.com and any purchase of products from Justeefy, operated by Traveone Ltd. ("Justeefy," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or place an order.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

• You may browse and purchase from Justeefy at standard pricing without a minimum order quantity (no MOQs).
• Wholesale pricing is reserved for approved vendors only. To qualify, you must complete and submit our wholesale application form. Justeefy reviews each application and reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its discretion.
• You may be asked to create an account to place or manage orders.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering or ordering.

3. Pricing and Orders

• All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and do not include applicable taxes (GST/HST), which are calculated at checkout.
• Standard pricing applies to all customers. Wholesale pricing applies only to approved vendors who have submitted and been approved through our wholesale application form.
• All prices are subject to change without notice.
• All orders are subject to acceptance by Justeefy. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock limitations.
• Product images are provided as accurately as possible. Minor variation in colour, GSM, and measurements is normal in apparel manufacturing and does not constitute a defect.

4. Payment Terms

• All orders are prepaid and must be paid in full before they are processed or shipped.
• We accept all major credit and debit cards.
• Title to goods passes to you only once payment has been received in full.

5. Shipping

• Orders ship within 24 hours of being placed.
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
• Free shipping applies to Canadian orders over $200 CAD within Ontario and over $300 CAD outside Ontario.
• US shipping is available and is priced under separate rates and terms from domestic orders. Free shipping thresholds do not apply to US orders.
• Delivery timelines depend on third-party carriers and are not guaranteed by Justeefy.
• Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier.

6. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

Returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Return Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Justeefy name, logo, brand system, product photography, and website content are the property of Traveone Ltd. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of these materials for commercial or marketing purposes without our prior written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Justeefy's total liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or losses arising from decoration, alteration, or resale of our products.

10. Confidentiality

Any negotiated or volume pricing extended to you is confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to our website. Continued use of the website or placement of new orders constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
